Time to celebrate the grand opening of the Timbertown Quad at South Peak with a ceremonial rope drop and ribbon cutting.

Three Lifts In 3 Years

Opening Timbertown Quad marks Loon’s third lift installation in as many years and the first terrain expansion in over a decade. The whole project is a major milestone and will be transformative for skiers and riders—and it’s time to open it up.

Rope & Ribbon

We're kicking things off with a rope drop at the top of South Peak’s newest trails, followed by a welcome address by Loon’s president & general manager Brian Norton and the ribbon cutting. A DJ will provide the soundtrack to the party with food and giveaways.

9:00AM | Ceremonial rope drop at the top of Timbertown Quad, finishing at the base of Timbertown Quad.

9:30AM | Timbertown Quad ribbon-cutting ceremony & first chair.

Ski, Park or ShuttleGet There

Three ways to join the celebration

  • Ski: Get there by skiing down Cruiser trail to the top of Timbertown Quad.
  • Park: Escape Route parking lots are located steps away from Timbertown Quad—making it easy to park & ride. Also, these lots are closer to downtown Lincoln.
  • Shuttle: Ride a shuttle from Octagon Lodge, Governor Adams Lodge and Pemigewasset Camp which will take you right to the base of Timbertown Quad.
