Franconia Notch Ride

Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Explore the scenic wonders of Franconia Notch by bicycle. We’ll shuttle you to the northern end of the Franconia Notch Bike Path, where you’ll pedal (mostly downhill) back to Loon, passing glacial lakes, stunning waterfalls, and the town of Lincoln.

Cross-Country Trails

Made up of historic logging roads, our cross-country trails hug the Pemigewasset River and ascend the shoulder of nearby Black Mountain. They're best suited for intermediate and advanced riders, but they're also great for trail runners and hikers.

To reach the trailhead, depart the Adventure Center and travel east toward the Mountain Club on Loon hotel. Bear left at the fork in the road and follow Black Mountain Road to Landing Rd. for approximately one mile.

Pumphouse Pump Tracks

Kids of all ages and abilities will feel the flow – and develop key mountain biking skills – on our new Pumphouse Pump Tracks.

Build and maintain momentum on the dirt berms and rollers of this pint-sized pump track. It's the ideal place for young riders to develop bike-handling skills for the trails.

Negotiate the features of this wooden skills track, which will help develop the cornering, braking, balance, and body positioning skills you will use when hitting the trails. Suitable for developing riders.

It all starts here. This designated learning area is the perfect environment for beginners to learn the basics on a balance bike. They’ll gain confidence as they learn to balance, roll, and go with the flow.

Lincoln Loop

Follow the Pemigewasset River along this paved, family-friendly bike path. Bike the two miles to downtown Lincoln to explore local shops and restaurants. To reach the path, cross the bridge at the resort’s main entrance and take a left at the train. You can’t miss it. For an added boost, rent an e-Bike - it will make the return trip a breeze!
