New England Brewfest Coming to Loon June 23 - 25

LINCOLN, NH (June 8, 2017) - The longest-running beer festival in New Hampshire, New England Brewfest, is coming to Loon Mountain Resort June 23 - 25. A weekend of beer-infused social events and educational workshops will culminate in the Saturday Night: ON TAP tasting event, featuring more than 100 beers from over 30 breweries. The Western White Mountains Chamber of Commerce, which is producing the event for its 13th year, has released a preliminary list of participating breweries, including: Angry Orchard Hard Cider; Brooklyn Brewery; Hidden Moon Brewing; Nauti Seltzer; One Love Brewery; Samuel Adams; Sebago Brewing Company; Shipyard; Smuttynose Brewing Company; Switchback Brewing Company; Traveler Beer Company; Wachusett Brewing Company; Henniker Brewing; Moat Mountain; Kona Brewing; Narragansett Beer; Newburyport Brewing Co.; Jack's Abbey; and Bad Lab Brewing Company.
Beer aficionados, industry professionals, and other visitors to the White Mountains will sip and savor brand-new brews and seasonal favorites during the festival. Tickets are sold separately for each of the weekend's events:

Friday, June 23
• Café Lafayette Craft Beer Train ($75) - Enjoy a two-hour train ride along the Pemigewasset River, featuring a selection of locally-sourced dishes paired with craft beer.

• One Love Brewery Beer Pairing Dinner ($65) - One of the newest breweries in the White Mountains will offer guests a beer-centric menu with a series of stationed pairings.

Saturday, June 24
• New England Brewfest Seminars ($45) - Learn about the newest brewing trends, engage with brewers, and even sample a few beers. Event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Saturday Night: ON TAP ($40) - Includes admission, event t-shirt, official tasting glass, beer samples, live music, and on-site parking. Event runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with shuttle bus transportation available to select lodging properties.

Sunday, June 25
• Brewers Brunch ($35) - Meet brewers from around New England and enjoy a breakfast buffet at the Mountain Club on Loon. Breakfast starts at 9:30 a.m.

• Believing Brewers ($8) - A nondenominational, mountaintop worship service hosted by Loon Mountain Ministry. A guest speaker will discuss the relationship between beer, history, and religion. Guests will ride the White Mountain Express Gondola for the 11 a.m. service. Ask for an $8 gondola "church ticket" in the Loon Mountain Sports retail shop by 10:30 a.m.
