Responsible for soliciting and maintaining/increasing business for all Loon products.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

Ski Resort Sales:

1.Increase individual and group both domestic and international travel to Loon, new and repeat business solicitation with a specific focus on the Corporate and Hotel Consignment ticket program (C&H).
2.Professional attire, demeanor along with a can do attitude each and every day
3.Book family reunions, weddings, summer groups, holiday parties and banquet functions.
4.Expedite lodging groups to area lodging properties.
5.Coordinate special promotional ticket programs with sport shops, golf shops and bike shops.
6.Sales reports that include but not inclusive such as Pace report by market segment and as a whole, actualized sales report by market segment and as a whole and various other reports that help us track our business on a day to day and year to year basis.
7.Organize and execute familiarization trips to generate more individual & group business.
8.Promote resort through public presentations at functions, ski clubs, etc.
9.Book and coordinate day ski trips with focus on sell to capacity.
10.Represent Loon at trade shows for both summer and winter business.
11.Generate new ideas for developing new business for all areas of the resort.
